If you have the ability to study for a degree but lack the necessary qualifications, study skills or subject knowledge, our Fastrack: Preparation for Higher Education programme can help you progress onto higher level study.
Our 7-week Fastrack programme is free of charge and provides intensive training in essential academic skills to prepare you for higher education. It may be particularly suitable if you are not currently in education or training but have relevant work/life experience.
Successful completion of Fastrack will demonstrate that you are ready to study a particular subject with us, in lieu of achieving the UCAS Tariff points in the entry criteria.
An information evening for prospective Fastrack students is taking place on Thursday 27 February 2020.
Alternatively, if you are an international student and need to improve your IELTS score, or if you already have a higher level of English Language but need to improve your knowledge of your target discipline, our 1-year International Foundation Programme could be for you.
Based in 160 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, the Edge Hill University campus is a unique and inspirational place to study. Industry standard resources and cutting edge technology combine to make an interactive and highly advanced teaching and learning environment.
Everything you could want is on one site, from fantastic modern spaces in which you can study and socialise, to more than 2,200 rooms in halls of residence, and 60 acres of sport and leisure facilities.
