The Space Management team manages the room booking system across the University, ensuring a smooth and efficient teaching timetable and facilitating additional requests from staff and students.
Room bookings for Students
If you need to book a room, please contact your department office or Personal Tutor and ask them to request a space for you to use.
You can also request to book rooms with the Students’ Union.
Academic departments are responsible for issuing timetables including seminar group information.
In addition to this, module and room timetables can be viewed on Student Calendar.Timetables on Student Calendar
FoE and FAS students can log into Student Calendar on the top-right and bookings for their specific modules will show automatically. For more detailed seminar information, please contact the academic department directly.
FHSCM students should contact their department for all timetable information.
