Targets

  • Prioritise the use of native trees and plants in landscaping projects across campus and ensure all new tree planting prioritises the use of native trees – fully implemented by 2026.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all legislation relating to emissions to air, water and land – ongoing target to be reviewed annually, to next be reviewed in September 2025.
  • Prevent harmful levels of algal build up on all Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDs) – ongoing target to be reviewed annually, to next be reviewed in September 2025.
  • Through a Citizen Science approach, develop an updated map of species type and location for campus by 2026.
