Our online system gives you 24-hour access to easily manage your membership account, including:
Book / view / amend courts, exercise class bookings and Campus Sport session bookings
Make / renew membership purchases
Change your personal details, such as contact details
Renew and enrol your children onto our junior activity programme for gymnastics and trampolining
Settle arrears
It works in real time and is available in a mobile friendly format so you can even download the iscuba app onto your mobile phone to access it on the go.
If you book exercise classes or courts, you will still need to register your visit by either swiping on the dance studio door for classes situated in that facility or collecting your ticket up to three hours prior to the class start time for all other classes.
Contact the team if you wish to make amendments to direct debits, cancel memberships, request a refund or move paid bookings.
All students are to use their student number (not the full email address) and EHU network password to access the online shop regardless of if they have used the Centre before.
Existing EHU staff and community members will need to use the email address they set up their membership with and create a password for the online shop by clicking on the login button followed by the “Forgotten Password” button.
New community or EHU staff members will select the “log in / register” button and “New Member” option.
My email address is not recognised (existing community / staff customer)
Check with our Reception team to see if we have your current email address registered against your membership on our system.
I cannot log in (community/staff)
If you have not attended the centre within the last 12 months or do not have a current paid membership you may no longer be on our system and will have to register as a new user. You will be able to check this with our Reception team.
I cannot log in (Edge Hill student)
If you are logging in to the shop for the first time then please click on the Forgotten Password button to link your University network account. Once this has been done then you will be able to log in to the system as an existing user, using only your student number (not your email address) and your Edge Hill University network login password. Your Sports Centre account is using your network details so no changes can be made to your password on this system.
It won’t allow me to book a court
Courts can only be booked a maximum of seven days in advance and a minimum of 6 hours before your required start time. Anything within a 6 hour period can still be booked at our reception.
It won’t allow me to book an exercise class
Classes can only be booked a maximum of seven days in advance up to the class start time. Once the class has passed its start time then you will not be able to make a booking for this class.
