Online system

All students are to use their student number (not the full email address) and their EHU network password to access the online shop regardless of if they have used the Centre before.  If it is the first time using the system then they will need to select the “Forgotten Password” button to link it to their EHU network account.  

Existing EHU staff and community members will need to use the email address they set up their membership with and create a password for the online shop by clicking on the login button followed by the “Forgotten Password” button.  

New community or EHU staff members will select the “log in / register” button and “New Member” option.

Check with our Reception team to see if we have your current email address registered against your membership on our system.

I’m having trouble logging in (staff/community member)

If you have not attended the centre within the last 12 months or do not have a current paid membership you may no longer be on our system and will have to register as a new user. You will be able to check this with our Reception team.

I’m having trouble logging in (Edge Hill student member)

If you are logging in to the shop for the first time then please click on the “Forgotten Password” button to simply link your University network account to the system. 

Once this has been done then you will be able to log in to the system as an existing user, using only your student number (not your email address) and your Edge Hill University network login password. 

Your Sports Centre account is using your network details so no changes can be made to your password on this system.

Booking a court

Courts can only be booked a maximum of seven days in advance and a minimum of 6 hours before your required start time. Anything within a 6 hour period can still be booked at our reception.

Booking a class

Classes can only be booked a maximum of seven days in advance up to the class start time. Once the class has passed its start time then you will not be able to make a booking for this class.

As a contract hirer you will already have a membership on the system using the email address you supplied on your booking form. If it is your first time logging in to the system then you will need to select “Forgotten Password” to create a password to your account.

If you have more than one membership using this email address then you will have to select your “Contract Hirer” membership from the drop down box once logged in in order to access the contract payments.
