Team Edge Hill membership
All students that are training with or representing Edge Hill University either individually or as part of a team must hold a valid Team Edge Hill membership. The majority of competitions are organised by British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) although some competitions may sit outside BUCS. These membership fees contribute towards insurance, facility hire, officials, entry fees, and affiliations, transport, and playing kits among other expenses.
This membership includes access to Team Edge Hill clubs, Campus Sport, swimming and track usage.
BUCS UNIversal membership
All students holding an annual (12 month) peak membership at Edge Hill are eligible to access fitness facilities free of charge at over 50 other universities that have signed up to the BUCS UNIversal scheme. On joining you will be entitled to receive a BUCS membership card that you can pick up from reception. You will need to present this card at the other university of your choice when you visit.
