I love my job because …
I love helping people to create healthy habits for long-term results & lifestyle’s.
Watching clients challenge themselves to achieve their goals is amazing, seeing their confidence improve & become the best version of themselves, physically & mentally, is what I live for. Fitness really is my passion & my therapy.
In my spare time …
When I am not in the gym training you, you will still find me here, doing my own training!
I specialise in Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Lifting & CrossFit, which I compete in regularly all over the UK. I also love to swim; you may have seen me on poolside as your lifeguard! I lovee to travel & am a massive foodie!
Top tip for health and fitness …
Prioritising your well being is essential, make time for the activities you love & enjoy!
Life is all about balance, you have to be realistic, trust the process.

I love my job because …
I love and specialise in helping people get stronger, gain muscle mass, or improve athletic performance for athletes who compete. I also love teaching the technical side of exercises and lifts when it’s not just about delivering a session for a client, but also educating them about correct technique for longevity. To me, this now becomes more about a life skill for injury prevention and being able to excel in getting stronger for the rest of your life, which is knowledge that I enjoy passing on.
In my spare time …
I enjoy training myself when it comes to bodybuilding and strength and conditioning. I also hike up mountains regularly and love to travel.
Top tip for health and fitness …
Plan a weekly routine for the gym to create a habit. The habit then creates a gym lifestyle. A gym lifestyle then allows you to not just reach your goals but go above and beyond them.

David
I love my job because …
I enjoy helping people achieve their full potential and to improve the quality of life, I truly believe the gym is one of only a few social environments where everyone is trying to better themselves which creates a great atmosphere. The gym is much more than just reaching a specific fitness goal, but it can also be a safe space or escape from the daily grind for some.
In my spare time …
I am dedicated to the gym to make the most of my time and to be productive, coming from a boxing background, and now adapting to a more bodybuilding approach to my training. I enjoy travelling to new countries and trying different cultures, I also love to read!
Top tip for health and fitness …
The advice I would give to everyone is to fall in love with the journey, and the goals will come naturally.

I love my job because …
Having the opportunity to help and guide every individual always feels very rewarding and fulfilling to me. Knowing how great, positive and confident you can feel when achieving your goals makes me want to pass my years of collected knowledge to new clients from all walks of life. I am here to take you on your fitness journey and install life long habits and benefits
In my spare time …
I like to kick start my morning with mindfulness and a cold shower. Followed by various fitness workouts or outdoor activities. My second passion is music (DJ & music production). I do also like travelling, cooking, reading, researching and trying new things that challenge me.
Top tip for health and fitness …
Set up your fitness goals and try various methods of training, classes or sports.
Pick what resonates with you. Make it a habit long term.
Fitness is a lifestyle, it takes time. Practise and enjoy!

Jack
I love my job because …
I get to help people become happier and healthier. Fitness and well-being are really important to me since I know how much they can improve both mental and physical health. The gym isn’t just about hitting fitness goals—it’s a place where people come to push themselves and find a break from everyday life.
In my spare time …
I like to train, play sports, read, eat and get outdoors for long walks and some open water swimming.
Top tip for health and fitness …
Run your own race. Its very easy to be consumed by what everyone is doing. Find what works for you and make sure its something you enjoy!
