By ensuring that you are registered for the correct modules, you must check your student record at the start of each year. This ensure that you:
- can access the relevant teaching materials
- are registered for the correct assessments or examinations, and receive the correct results
See any recent changes to courses
Select the relevant dropdown menus for more information and forms. This includes the change of module form and the module credit imbalance form.
Students who have optional modules as part of their degree programme can request a module change.
Students must submit the module change request in the first three weeks of teaching. Once submitted, the request will be considered by the academic department, students should have a response within five working days.
If you wish to change, add or remove any of your optional module choices, please complete the online change of module form.

Module credit imbalance
The number of credits you study over the year should balance across the semesters (for example 60/60 credits per semester).
An imbalance of credits could result in a heavier workload in one semester.
If you opt to study with a credit imbalance, despite there being alternative optional modules available to you, you must complete a credit imbalance form.

The online portal opens on Monday 13th March 2023, module choices must be submitted by Friday 24th March 2023.
