As we come to the end of the academic year, we are sad to see many depart and hope you have had a lovely stay on campus. It is now time to start preparing for your departure, this includes completing a Moving Out Checklist.

Moving Out Checklist
If you are planning your departure please make sure that you have completed the Moving Out Checklist. This will give you all the information needed to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
When you come to drop off your keys (and any medical needs equipment) please make sure you drop them at the SCIS (Security) to complete your check out. Failure to do so could mean you are not correctly checked out of your room and would be charged as per your licence agreement.
Edge Hill Accommodation: Moving Out Checklist 2025Big Campus Clear Out
We are currently running the Big Campus Clear Out. We are collecting any of your unwanted clothes or utensils, as well as any non-perishable food. This will all be donated to multiple different charities. This is the perfect opportunity to donate any items that you may otherwise have been binning.
All donations are to be taken to Seminar Room B in the Arts Studio. Drop offs are being collected from 11am to 2pm Monday – Friday.
For any sharps, please drop these off to the SCIS (Security) .
What is taking place over the Summer?
The Social Prescribing Team are running weekly drop ins on the 12 June, 26 June and 10 July 2025, from 11am to 12:30pm at Catalyst (ground floor Hut). Here you can find out more information on things to get involved in over summer.

We would like to remind you of the benefits of ‘AskUs’ for finding out information about services and activities available on site, it also tells you all the key dates throughout the year so you are always up to date.
AskUsFire Safety
Remember to stay updated on your fire safety information – it’s important for keeping us all safe. Fire alarm tests will be held across campus on Thursdays.

| Maintenance visits JFN Contractors will be visiting Halls to check fire alarms, emergency lights, firefighting equipment, disabled assistance alarms, epilepsy alarms, fire doors, dry risers, and access equipment. We will be undertaking portable appliance testing, fixed appliance, and electrical testing. Feedwater Contractors will be undertaking shower cleans, outlet flushing and water temperature monitoring checks. Just a friendly reminder, when a ticket is raised via Invida Resolve for your accommodation this is giving Facilities Management access to enter your bedroom accommodation between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, depending on the urgency of your request.
