It’s May already and it is time to start planning for the end of your contract.
Key reminders this month:
- If you haven’t received the important information about moving out of halls and your obligations, including the moving out checklist please contact the Accommodation team.
- Please complete the Global Student Living Survey that we sent you.
- Submit your review.

| Maintenance visits We will be undertaking room inspection of vacant rooms. JFN Contractors will be visiting Halls to check fire alarms, emergency lights, firefighting equipment, disabled assistance alarms, epilepsy alarms, fire doors, dry risers, and access equipment. Feedwater Contractors will be undertaking shower cleans, outlet flushing and water temperature monitoring checks. Where we need to gain access to your room we will contact you directly. External grounds maintenance will take place outside Founders and Chancellors and we apologise for any noise or debris on pathways. | 1-31 May 10am-5pm |
