Welcome to the Department of Geography and Geology at Edge Hill University. Whichever of our high quality Geography and Geology courses you choose, teaching will combine laboratory and workshop practical activities, lectures and seminars, directed independent study, dissertation supervision, tutorials and fieldwork.
“Studying on the Geography programme at Edge Hill has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences of my life. The skills and knowledge gained in the lectures are brought to life on fieldtrips in both the first and second years. Before visiting Mallorca I never realised how many diverse landscapes existed there.”
Rod Crosby, BSc (Hons) Geography student
