Welcome to Edge Hill. We know that starting university is one of the most exciting times of your life, but it can also seem overwhelming at times. Between working out your timetable, making new friends and settling into a new place, you may not have had a chance to take in all your induction and welcome information.
So, we’ve brought some useful information together to help you settle in and get the most out of your first few days on campus.
Have you fully enrolled onto your course?
Stage one of enrolment needs to be completed online before you arrive. Stage two will need to be completed once you arrive, which will give you access to your online sessions and ensure you receive your student loan on time.
If you’re not sure how to complete enrolment, visit the enrolment FAQs page.
Are you familiar with your Induction timetable?
Your timetable tells you what you’re doing, where you need to be and at what time, during your first week at EHU. You can view yours on your applicants’ page.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
As part of your Induction Week, you need to register for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help enhance the security and protection of your Edge Hill IT account. Once registered, you’ll receive instructions to guide you through installing and configuring the Microsoft Authenticator app.
If you have any accessibility needs or technical requirements, please contact the Catalyst Helpdesk by emailing [email protected] or calling them on 01695 650800.
