The International Centre for Early Years Education (ICEYE) is a principal hub for academics, professionals, researchers, children, families and communities, alongside a wide range of service users.

ICEYE raises the profile and provision for Early Years Education, shares expertise, leads future interdisciplinary research collaborations and further develops our current multi-disciplinary research projects in establishing our international reputation.

ICEYE provides the opportunity to develop future high impact research, building on the work already in place and supporting with establishing future capacity and capability of professionals and researchers in the field of Early Years Education, families and communities.

ICEYE includes all birth to 8 years provision, education, care, social care, health and wellbeing, alternative and special school provision, holistic support for children, families and communities, outdoor learning and nature-based learning.

We work collaboratively with key stakeholders including children, parents, families, communities, charities, advocacy networks, policy makers and other organisations to shape our work and to make a difference in the field of Early Years Education.
