What is Clearing?
Clearing provides you with an opportunity to secure a place on an Edge Hill University programme starting in September. Whether you’ve already applied through UCAS or not.
You may have decided to go to university after the initial UCAS deadline or changed your mind about where to study. Whatever your circumstances, Clearing allows you a second chance to join us as an Edge Hill student on a course suited to you. View key dates and information for Clearing 2026.
What courses are available through Clearing?
From Thursday 2 July 2026 and on results day, you will be able to view our available courses through Clearing and apply online.
How do I apply through Clearing?
The easiest way to apply is to apply online or call us on 0800 028 6677.
If you need guidance from our team on results day, our phone line will be open at 8am and close at 6pm.
You can still apply with us through Clearing after results day if you need longer to decide. Applications close on Monday 19 October 2026 but we advise getting in touch as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
