  • Create links with departments and services across the University
  • Increase awareness of your brand
  • Identify suitable activities which you may benefit from

Things you should know

Advertise a vacancy

To advertise a vacancy to our students, graduates or alumni, please register your organisation on our careers vacancy portal. When you register, you will be given your own username and will be able to set your own password, so you can log in and use this service in the future.

All organisations and vacancies must adhere to our terms and conditions.

How we use your information.

The following opportunities may be advertised on this service.

Graduate jobs are paid full-time employment positions.  These are suitable for graduates, both in terms of salary and the nature of the job. These can include graduate schemes or graduate-level employment positions.

Part-time jobs are paid, part-time employment positions which are typically suitable for students whilst they are studying.

Placements and Internships must be paid and can be a:

  • Series of days spread across a number of weeks or months
  • Vacation placement ranging from between a 1 day to 3 months
  • Year-long placement that takes place between a students’ second and third year of study (sandwich placement).

Students can also undertake unpaid opportunities in organisations as part of their course. If you wish to offer opportunities to these students.

Volunteering opportunities will be accepted from charities and not for profit organisations. These should provide volunteering roles that help students to gain relevant experience.
