Edge Hill University uses Shortlist.ME to help you practice your video interview skills and techniques whether and wherever suits you. You can access Shortlist.ME on a desktop, laptop or mobile device and use Google Chrome as your web browser.

Logging in to Shortlist.ME

To access Shortlist.ME, simply login with your EHU username to register on the marketplace practice interviews.

Once you log in, you have the option to take competency, strength based and graduate employer interview questions.

Graduates can access Shortlist.ME by contacting [email protected] to request access to the platform.

How it works

You’ll receive an email with an interview link to complete within the deadline – this is typically five days. Don’t worry if you miss the deadline, you can request to extend using the interview link.

The video interview

Now you’re set up, you are ready to start your video interview.

After you answer each question, you can review your own performance and evaluate your answers.

You can even re-try the questions as many times as you like, until you’re ready to move onto the next one.

After finishing the interview you will receive an email link to view your interview answers and automated AI feedback will be generated on your speech rate and filler words – these might be words like “um” and “like”.
