You’ll be based in our Business School building which provides state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities.
This impressive facility, set in the heart of the campus, features modern seminar and meeting rooms and social spaces which encourage a more informal and interactive style of learning. During your time at Edge Hill, you’ll also get to enjoy our relaxing, landscaped roof garden and atrium and our impressive 100-seat lecture theatre.

During my time at Morgan Branding, I carried out market and competitor research to identify problems around their social media. I launched a new TikTok in which dozens of marketing tips and tricks are shared every day. Callum has been delighted with my performance, offered me a part-time job, and has assured me of a graduate position, once I’ve finished my studies.
Not everyone goes to university straight from school. Sometimes after a taste of the working world and discovering the right career, it’s an opportunity to use that knowledge to plan your studies. It’s a strategy that’s worked out well for Edge Hill graduate Ben Gill, who now works as a tax advisor at one of the “Big Four” accountancy firms.
My placement at Brownlow Utilities has greatly developed my communication, organisation, teamwork and IT skills. From blending my Accountancy degree with working in a practical environment, I was able to demonstrate professionalism and gained valuable experience that contributes towards securing financial employment.
My experience at Personnel Checks has been fantastic! The project has facilitated the opportunity to put my knowledge into practice. I’m excited to present my findings of the investigation to the leadership team and discover how they adopt my recommended policies and procedures in the future.

My degree has opened doors I hadn’t even considered, like internships, leadership roles in student societies, and the chance to connect with professionals in the field. I’m going to be studying abroad, I’ve set up a society and I’m completing an outreach placement.
