Offering extensive opportunities to gain real-life experience working with diverse groups of service users, our Social Work programmes prepare you for a rewarding career supporting individuals and their families and tackling some of society’s most complex problems.
You can study our 3-year accredited degree in Social Work and gain eligibility to register with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Alternatively, you may wish to apply for one of our 4-year integrated Masters degrees, accredited by both the HCPC and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), which enable you to achieve dual registration as a professionally qualified social worker and nurse.
All of our Social Work programmes are delivered alongside our partners in the Cheshire & Merseyside Social Work Teaching Partnership.
