Course Confirmation

If you need to provide proof of your student status or term dates to a prospective employer, bank or other entity, you can request a Confirmation of Student Registration Certificate. This certificate will act as proof that you are fully registered on your course and will be valid for the current academic year. Please note, this option will only be available if you are a full-time student. It may take up to 24 hours to process your request.

Student and Staff Printing System integrated with Microsoft Active Directory has several features including: the option to add print credit and pay by credit cards and the ability to 'webprint' whereby students can print documents from a webpage without having the need of a print client. Staff printing costs are recharged to their department.

Learning Edge

Learning Edge is the name given to the suite of web-based learning and teaching systems available 24/7 on and off-campus to students and staff at Edge Hill University. It enables teaching staff to provide course and module content, assessments and other teaching and learning functions for their students.

Files

Online access to network drives such as Stushare1 and Home Folder. Stushare1 (X:) Drive is for accessing course related files and software. Some access is restricted based on departments/schools or faculties. Home Folder (Z:) Drive is for storing working files related to using Windows desktop PCs. You should use OneDrive for all other document storage such as reports, coursework, and any academic related documents.

Register to vote

Students who have a permanent home address and a term-time address can registered to vote at both addresses. Students that are registered to vote in two different electoral areas are eligible to vote in local elections for the two different local councils.

University OneDrive

Microsoft OneDrive for Business allows staff to upload and store files and access them from anywhere. You are provided with 1TB of storage, but there are limits on individual file sizes. It is also available for transient research data. This is an alternative storage solution to the (Y: Drive) and (Z: Drive). You can sign into your OneDrive account to enable saving in Office applications. This allows you to edit and view and share documentation across your devices.
