Overnight Guest Notification Form

This form should be completed each time you are planning for a visitor to stay in on-campus accommodation at least three days before their arrival.

Important:

• The guest must be aged 18 or over.
• You are only allowed one guest in your room overnight at any one time.
• The guest cannot stay for longer than two consecutive nights.
• There is no limit on the number of times a guest can stay within a month, as long as they do not stay on campus for longer than two consecutive nights and there is a reasonable break.
• You are responsible for the behaviour of your guest – if they breach the Student Disciplinary Regulations, you may be sanctioned for their actions.
