Overnight Guest Requests

This form should be completed each time a resident wishes to request an overnight guest to stay within on-campus accommodation.

Important:

• You must complete an Overnight Guest Request Form at least three days before your guest is due to arrive on campus
• Once the request has been submitted, a Campus Life Manager will either approve or deny your request and you will be informed of this decision within two working days of submitting the request form
• You are only allowed one guest in your room overnight at once
• The guest must be aged 18 or over
• The guest cannot stay for longer than two consecutive nights
• There is no limit on the number of times a guest can stay within a week or month, as long as they do not stay on campus for longer than two consecutive nights
• You are responsible for the behaviour of your guest – if they breach the regulations, you may be sanctioned for their actions
