Faith and Community

Everybody is welcome at Edge Hill University, regardless of your background, circumstances, belief system or orientation.  We recognise, respect, value and celebrate all people and groups. 

The Faith and Community Service is dedicated to ensuring all staff and students feel welcomed, supported and at home at Edge Hill.  We offer pastoral and faith support through our Chaplaincy Service, which provides both a listening ear service and, for those who require it, support in your faith journey.  We also welcome those wishing to simply explore matters of faith and spirituality, confidentially and without judgement or pressure. Our team of Pastoral Supporters and Chaplains are here for people of all faiths and none.

What’s on in Magnolia, Faith and Reflection Room

Guided mediation and Christian prayer and bible study meetings take place each week, alongside daily prayer for Muslim staff and students. If you would like to make a booking please contact the team.
