A-Levels
International Baccalaureate
Recognised foundation course in the UK
Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) 70%+
Two-year degree from a recognised university with 55%+

Postgraduate Taught programmes

To be considered for a taught postgraduate course at Edge Hill University, you must have completed a four year Bachelor’s (BA) degree with Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.6/4.0 or 60% (second class), or a Master’s (MA) degree with a minimum score of 55%

Postgraduate Research programmes

If you’re considering research-based postgraduate study, we offer both MRes (Master of Research) and PhD programmes across a wide range of disciplines.

As part of your application, you will need to submit a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree certificate and transcript with a minimum equivalent of 2:1, a research proposal, an academic CV, a scan of your passport, an IELTS with grade 7.0, budget sheet and a scan of your degree certificates/ transcripts with your application.
