Corporate Governance and Regulatory Assurance

The Corporate Governance and Regulatory Assurance team is responsible for:

  • providing authoritative and independent advice and support to the Board of Governors
  • ensuring that the University has appropriate and effective processes in place to enable compliance with the Office for Students regulatory framework
  • monitoring the University’s policy management framework to ensure that governing documents are managed in line with agreed processes
  • supporting colleagues to develop robust and effective governance processes and policies.
