What’s on during the event?
Our experts are online from 3-6 pm, ready to answer your questions and help you find out more about your postgraduate study options.
You can chat with:
• Academic members of staff from our Faculty of Education – find out more about your course(s) of interest. If you are considering multiple courses, you can chat to as many different academics as you like. Our courses can be browsed on our Postgraduate Education and Teaching webpage.
• Partnerships – this team is based in Faculty of Education and arranges placements for PGCE students. Chat with them to find out more about the partner schools and education settings we work with and to get answers to any questions about PGCE placements.
• Admissions – for queries about entry requirements, the application process and meeting offer conditions.
- Support teams – Money Advice, Fees and Bursaries, Inclusion, the SpLD Support team, Mental Health and Wellbeing and International are all available (see below for further information about many of these teams and how each may be able to support you).

Applications are now open to apply for PGCEs and our postgraduate taught courses for 2026 entry within the Faculty of Education. There is no fee to apply .
The application process varies depending on your course. Please visit the course page and click on ‘Apply’ for details specific to each course.
Postgraduate teacher training applications need to be submitted through GOV.UK Apply for teacher training. Watch our video for a step-by-step guide to the process.

The majority of our postgraduate students live in private accommodation. There are plenty of locations to choose from nearby with easy access to campus via public transport links.
