Over 1,000 students took part in the Student Communications Project providing valuable feedback about your experience with communications at Edge Hill. You told us that you get a lot of Blackboard Notification emails that were often a ‘duplication’ of alerts you had already received within your Activity Stream, or on the app.
Source: Student Communications Project, May 2023

We’ve listened to your feedback and have been working hard to implement improvements to your communications. By changing your default notification settings, and the time we send daily emails, we aim to reduce the number of emails you receive throughout the day, leaving more room for those important messages.
