2020 Graduation Ceremonies

A graduate waves to family and friends in the audience as she walks along the red carpet after receiving her degree.Regrettably, Edge Hill University have taken the decision to postpone the graduation ceremonies that were scheduled for 2020.

If you were due to graduate in July or December 2020, these ceremonies have been rearranged to take place in April 2021.

You will have the opportunity to celebrate your achievements from Tuesday 6 – Saturday 10 April 2021 (subject to any further Government guidance). The dates and times of each ceremony will be published later this year.

Future Ceremonies

Three graduates celebrate, some with their arms aloft, near the lake on the western side of campus.Edge Hill’s graduation ceremonies are usually held across one week in mid-July and one weekend in early December each year.

July graduation ceremonies typically take place Monday to Friday but may continue into the weekend.

The July 2020 and December 2020 graduation ceremonies have been rearranged for April 2021.

Future ceremonies are currently scheduled to take place on the following dates:

  • April 2021: Tuesday 6 – Saturday 10 April 2021
  • July 2021: Monday 19 – Friday 23 July 2021
  • December 2021: Saturday 4 December 2021
  • July 2022: Monday 18 – Friday 22 July 2022

Specific dates and times for each ceremony period are published by early April for the summer graduation ceremonies and by mid-October for the winter graduation ceremonies. Dates and times for each ceremony taking place in April 2021 will be announced later this year.
