If you’re unsure, just Ask Us. There is lots of support on offer from the University, and we understand it can be overwhelming to know who to go to and how to access that support.

Catalyst Helpdesk team 

The Catalyst Helpdesk team are here 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday, during term time to advise you. If we can’t answer your question, then we will get you to someone who can. Pop into the Catalyst building on the Ormskirk campus and speak to us at the helpdesk or contact us by email, live chat or telephone. 

The team are not only knowledgeable in services provided by Library and Learning Services but also act as your first point of contact for Student Services and Careers creating a one stop shop for your support needs. So whether you are struggling to login, unsure how to submit an assignment, wanting help finding books, have money worries, you are thinking of leaving or need Wellbeing support then please get in touch so that we can advise you on how to get the help you need.
