An audit committee is a regulatory requirement.  Our primary purpose is to provide oversight of the financial reporting process, the audit process, the University’s system of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.

Finance Committee

Finance Committee provide assurance to the Board of Governors on the short and long-term financial sustainability of the University, through the general supervision of the University’s finances.

Governance and Nominations Committee

A Governance and Nominations Committee is a regulatory requirement. Our primary purpose is to advise the Board on governance arrangements including the appointment and induction of the Board’s membership. We also advise the Board on matters relating to senior post holders.

Remuneration Committee

A Remuneration Committee is a regulatory requirement. We determine all matters concerning the salary and employment terms and conditions of designated senior post holders. This also includes oversight of the University’s remuneration and reward policy framework.
