That’s why we’re offering alumni who completed an undergraduate degree with us in the 2024/25 academic year (and achieved a 2:2 or above) a guaranteed place on one of our postgraduate courses starting next academic year.

What’s available?

Guaranteed postgraduate place

A guaranteed place on one of our postgraduate taught courses starting in the 2026/27 academic year, if you achieved a 2:2 or above and completed your undergraduate degree in the 2024/25 academic year

No application needed

Simply select an eligible postgraduate taught course, for which you’re able to meet entry criteria, to secure your place.

20% tuition fee discount

On eligible postgraduate programmes, starting in the 2026/27 academic year. Full details and eligibility criteria available in the Progress to Postgraduate Award.

Wide range of courses

Choose from research degrees, teacher training and taught Masters, with many courses open to those wanting to explore a brand new subject.

Thinking about a career in teaching?

EHU alumni who completed an undergraduate degree in the 2024/25 academic year and achieved a 2:2 or above are guaranteed an interview when applying for a PGCE to start in September 2026. Apply through GOV.UK, but without the time and effort of perfecting your personal statement.

This guarantee does not apply to PGCEs which have already filled and closed for 2026 entry. For Secondary and Further Education courses, your degree subject or Level 3 qualifications will need to meet any subject-specific entry requirements of the course.
