Overnight Guest Notification Form

This form should be completed each time you are planning for a visitor to stay in on-campus accommodation at least three days before their arrival.

This process now takes place within the Accommodation Portal. On the home screen of the portal once you log in, click on ‘Requests’ and then ‘Overnight Guest Requests’.

Important:

• The guest must be aged 18 or over.
• You are only allowed one guest in your room overnight at any one time.
• The guest cannot stay for longer than two consecutive nights.
• There is no limit on the number of times a guest can stay within a month, as long as they do not stay on campus for longer than two consecutive nights and there is a 5 day break in between.
• You are responsible for the behaviour of your guest – if they breach the Student Disciplinary Regulations, you may be sanctioned for their actions.
