My Visitors

This form is designed for staff at the University to inform the Main Reception of any business visitors you are expecting to campus. It is important that Main Reception are aware of any visitors and can then contact you on their arrival (if required).

When completing this form, it is also important to think about the other needs of your visitor, such as visitor parking. Visitor parking can be secured here: https://www.edgehill.ac.uk/service/visitor-parking/ The University retains a small daily allocation of 20 spaces to accommodate individual visitors attending on business, however, demand will undoubtedly outstrip supply. You will also need to let us know via this form if minibuses/coaches are arriving on campus, to ensure suitable parking and drop off locations can found.
