Azorus CRM

Azorus (also known as “Think”) is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, enabling the University to increase recruitment by effectively communicating with prospective students and applicants. It also:

• Manages event bookings for University Open Days, Applicant Visit Days, campus tours and other faculty specific events.
• Provides a reporting function, giving daily and bespoke reports to enable data analysis for planning.
• Enables tracking of all electronic communications and measuring the effectiveness of targeted campaigns.
• Records individual student interaction history from first point of contact.
