Biography

My research is firmly located within the area of team-based work designs. In particular the investigation of how teams alter the architecture of their work to achieve mutually beneficial organizational and team based outcomes. My main focus is on identifying the major contextual factors that enable teams to adjust their immediate environment. I also have a keen interest in applying theories of team effectiveness in the class room to enhance student learning.
