Biography

Andrew is passionate about education and the life-changing opportunities it creates for young people. Before joining Edge Hill University, he was based in the Middle East, working as part of a global schools group where he supported strategic HR projects and the growth of education partnerships across the UK and internationally.

Now leading the development of Every Child Counts (ECC), Andrew is proud to champion a vital initiative that equips under-resourced learners with the skills and confidence to succeed in maths. He works closely with schools, local authorities, and trusts to expand ECC’s reach and ensure teachers and teaching assistants feel confident delivering high-quality maths support.
