The University is saddened to learn of the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
On behalf of Edge Hill University I would like to extend the heartfelt condolences of the Governing Body and the entire University community to the Royal Family. We would also wish to express our thanks and gratitude for the Queen’s extraordinary life of dedication and public service.
We are encouraging members of the Edge Hill community who wish to add their messages of condolence to visit the dedicated Lancashire County Council pages at www.lancashire.gov.uk/queen/ Once the mourning period is over these will be collated and presented to the historical archives and shared with the Palace.
