Help and support
Access to the Manchester site Faculty of Health and Social Care reception and Library is via the main entrance coming from the Palace Theatre. All Edge Hill staff and students will need a valid Unicard to gain access to the campus.
Helpdesk support with general library queries, re-setting passwords and learner support for resources can be accessed by emailing CatalystEnquiries@edgehill.ac.uk . Access is currently restricted to students who are being taught at Manchester.
UniSkills is a package of support for students including workshops, and online resources to help you develop a range of essential academic skills to enable you to produce high quality university assignments. Contact the Learning Services Student Engagement team for one to one support with your academic writing and information research skills.
The centre has a dedicated library with a tailored book stock to support the courses that are run in Manchester. There are socially distanced study spaces suitable for individual study, and the building has power to enable personal mobile technology use. There is also an IT training room with socially distanced PCs.
