Matthew Kramer is Professor of Legal & Political Philosophy at Cambridge University and a Fellow of Churchill College, Cambridge. He is Director of the Cambridge Forum for Legal & Political Philosophy, and he has been a Fellow of the British Academy since 2014. He is the author of twenty books, and he has co-edited four further books. His latest volume, Rights and Right-Holding, will be published by Oxford University Press later this year.
