BRIT Week Challenges
Monday 6 March – Friday 10 March is BRIT Challenge Week at Edge Hill University. The British Inspiration Trust (BRIT) supports young adult mental health and fitness in the UK through the delivery of the annual BRIT Challenge. Get involved in our week of events.

Students and Staff can join in one or all of the challenges below and there are lots of prizes and incentives for getting involved.
Each challenge overlaps so taking a class will impact your moves, to get involved you’ll need the mywellness app.
mywellness appOnce an account is set up and registered, you’ll need to make Edge Hill Sport their facility. The access code is ‘edgehill’ – all one word, all lower case. No need to enter a numerical access code. The app will track the rest.
23k MOVEs in a week – MEGA MOVES challenge
Test yourself with the biggest challenge of them all! 23,000 MOVEs in a week. Will anybody do it?
MOVEs are a way to measure all types of activities. Whatever your gender, age or fitness level, the MOVEs you collect depend exclusively on the activity you have chosen and how active you are.
If you are signed up to the app this will track your MOVEs.
