Student complaints procedure

This procedure describes the way in which a student can make a complaint to the University and the time limits in which this needs to be completed.  It explains the various stages to the internal process and what to do if the person is not satisfied at the end of this process.

Surprising Terms

  • You have to lodge a complaint within three months of the matter affecting you. We may use our discretion to extend this based on your personal circumstances.
