Timetabled teaching sessions are an essential part of the student learning experience and success.
The Department expects students to:

• attend all timetabled teaching sessions (both face-to-face and online),
• engage with online resources and asynchronous delivery of teaching material on weekly basis,
• complete learning tasks and submit assessments within published timescales/deadlines.

Tier 4 students are additionally responsible for complying with the International Office’s ‘Attendance
Monitoring Policy – Tier 4 students.’
Professional body requirement regarding only one of our programmes -BSc honours professional policing –
college of policing requirement of normally 100 % attendance on all module that we are required to report
on.
