Groups and workshops

The Mental Health & Wellbeing Team have a number of groups and workshops that run throughout the year. These include cognitive behavioural therapy workshops, a self-harm support group, meditation sessions and mindfulness workshops. We also have a range of virtual online workshops which you can see below.

You can be referred into groups and workshops during your initial appointment or you can contact for more information.
