The Wellbeing team have a number of groups and workshops that run throughout the year. These include cognitive behavioural therapy workshops, a self-harm support group, meditation sessions and mindfulness workshops. We also have a range of virtual online workshops which you can see below.

Why worry?
If you’re finding yourself worrying a lot about all different kinds of things, then this workshop is for you. With information on why we worry, as well as advice and strategies for overcoming a negative mindset, this workshop aims to provide you with the tools you need to live more positively. Perfectionisn’t
This workshop by Wellbeing Officer Shania covers what happens when we have perfectionistic thoughts and how we can manage those thoughts. It will also provide you with practical tips and advice to help you manage your perfectionistic tendencies, cope better with failure, and be kinder to yourself.
