The Tech Hub is a key resource for computer science students, housing up-to-date hardware, software and dedicated learning spaces – some of the best facilities in higher education.
As well as honing their skills on industry-standard equipment, students have unique access to experimental and emerging technologies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge they need to enter a rapidly changing job market. Specialist state-of-the-art facilities include:

Employability
We aim to equip students with skills and knowledge to succeed in their future career. All of our degrees are informed by industry and professional bodies ensuring your skills are as up to date as possible.
The employment or further study rate for computer science at Edge Hill University is amongst the highest in the country, and in the top three in the North West at 96.7 per cent (HESA, 2018). The employability success is a result of many years refining a comprehensive departmental employability strategy.
