AI Adoption Readiness is a 3-part seminar series to help senior business leaders critically reflect on the strategic implications, opportunities and challenges presented by the mass-proliferation of AI-enabled technologies and their adoption into a range of business and organisational settings.
AI technologies offer numerous advantages for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) if harnessed effectively. These advantages arise from increased efficiency, cost savings, improved decision-making, enhanced customer experiences, competitive differentiation, scalability, risk management, innovation, and access to expertise. By embracing AI, businesses can unlock new opportunities for growth, create more risk resilience, and achieve new growth in an increasingly digital and competitive business environment.
However, for any organisation seeking to adopt and embed AI-enabled technologies there are a series of organisational and leadership challenges to be addressed in order to manage the change, disruption to existing practices, legal, ethical and regulatory risks, and to harness the opportunity arising from the more effective use of data.
The AI Adoption Readiness seminars are delivered in a peer-to-peer format, facilitated by expert speakers, and focus on: Data Literacy in Organisations; Digital Business Model Development; and Digital Leadership and Change.
“A truly valuable learning experience, and I greatly appreciate the effort and expertise that went into delivering it.”
