Over the years, I have never fallen out of love with teaching.

I loved my placements. My mentors were really supportive and encouraging.

Brenda Roberts really inspired us to realise that there was a role to be played, and that we could really do something to help these vulnerable young people, and that’s always stuck with me.

Before joining Edge Hill, I had a fairly narrow-minded view of the world. Being able to change and grow as a person has been so important for a career where I support victims and survivors.

Similar courses were available at other institutions, but I felt that Fastrack at Edge Hill was the only place to fully prepare you for the course, giving me the confidence that I was starting on a level playing field with other students coming straight from education.

Edge Hill will definitely set you up for success and has so many resources at your fingertips to be used long after you have graduated.

Studying at Edge Hill gave me the support, expertise, and challenge needed to become a confident class teacher.

I had never gone to university before and had several years away from education, but my tutors at Edge Hill were very supportive from the start.

If you’re interested in studying Law and aren’t sure where to study – what I’d say is, you won’t find a law school that will do more for you, both personally and professionally.

If anyone is considering studying Law at Edge Hill, do it! The staff and the quality of the education you’ll get is amazing, and the opportunities second to none.
