We offer a wide variety of events for post-16 students to visit our campus including Subject Discovery Days, Open Days and Higher Education Exhibitions. These events allow your students in gaining the information, guidance & advice to support their decision to study at higher education. Take the opportunity to view our confirmed activity for the 2026/27 academic year.
Our events give sixth form and college students different opportunities depending on the type of event they attend. However, all these events will allow your students to:
explore how current studies can link to different courses and relate to future career paths
find out about Edge Hill University’s facilities, accommodation and campus
find out more about Higher Education (HE)
speak to current students and staff
ask any questions they may have.
The clear link with careers means our events can make a useful contribution to a school or college’s Gatsby benchmarks. These events provide opportunities for deeper engagement with the subject, enhancing A Level or BTEC study, and enabling students to make an informed choice about HE.

This event, taking place on Wednesday 11 November 2026, lets your students visit campus to speak to a variety of education and careers providers onto campus to offer guidance about their next steps & options after sixth form and college. There is also the opportunity to take a tour of our campus, view academic facilities, look at our accommodation options and attend a programme of optional talks that cover key topics to support the application process for higher education.
