Information for applicants
If you have applied to Edge Hill University and firmly accepted a conditional or unconditional offer on an undergraduate course (CF or UF), you will receive an email to the address you provided to UCAS.
If you have not received this email within three working days of making Edge Hill your firm choice University on UCAS, please check your junk/spam mailbox and if you still cannot find the email, contact us on: [email protected].
This email will explain the application process to apply for a room in halls of residence.

Current Edge Hill students
Once you are enrolled at Edge Hill you will have access to two Accommodation portals, one to manage your on campus accommodation and one to book an appointment with the team.
Through the Accommodation portal you can submit the following requests:
- Apply for a room through the Halls Waiting List
- Accept your licence agreement
- Request a room transfer
- Explore other requests through the other actions section
