In 2023 over 1,000 Edge Hill University students provided feedback about their experience of student communications and accessing specialist support from Catalyst specialist support teams across Library and Learning Services, Student Services and Careers.

Student portals are not visible enough	Your portals are now front and centre on your Student Homepage
Logging into multiple portals was a barrier	All Catalyst teams now use the same system – Target Connect – and although we have individual areas within this system, you only need to log in once and can navigate between each support area
Engage2Serve portal was not easily identifiable and did not evaluate well with you	Target Connect has now replaced Engage2Serve and we aim to improve our communication with you throughout the year to ensure you have all the info you need, when you need it
You need help learning how to use and navigate portals	In January 2024 we created several new video tutorials for the existing portals and will be updating these for Target Connect in the coming months
