Collaborative Planning enables data to be extracted from an existing financial system (eFinancials) to be used in the budget creation and control process. The results of the budget or forecast exercise can be exported back to the integrated financial system.

Pre-Entry Advice and Guidance Database

Allows staff within Admissions to track unsuccessful applications and provide advice for ongoing successful recruitment. The system records interventions and communications and facilitates reports.

Law Clinic

Administered by the Law school administrator and allows staff/students to request free legal advice from third year law students (supervised by a qualified member of staff). The booking form may be asked to be switched on and off at various times throughout the year: please note that this request is actioned within the Business Solutions team. Queries arising from the sign-up page are generally handled by the Law School administrator and forwarded on when necessary. Queries concerning the application itself will come directly from the Law School.

This online system is for reporting any accident, incident, or near miss at the University. Reporting ensures that all accidents, near misses and dangerous occurrences are properly captured and investigated if required, helping prevent future incidents and ensuring compliance with legal and University requirements.

You can inform reception of any visitors you are expecting. Main reception will then be aware of any visitors and be able to contact you on their arrival. You can also use the service to see a list of visitors you have advised reception about. Feel free to change the dates and refresh the data.
