Accessibility Statement
At Zellis we are committed to ensuring that the solutions we deliver offer the optimum user experience, regardless of the users’ own abilities. We aim to comply with the latest security, accessibility and other industry standards and best practices wherever it is appropriate to do so. To this end we actively ensure that all new modules of our MyView Self-Service platform, are developed to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 guidelines and to the Level of AA compliance.
The WCAG 2.0 guidelines are a set of recommendations aimed at ensuring that users of an organisation’s website are not disadvantaged in terms of their access to services. MyView is not made available to the general public but to an organisation’s own employees but we recognise the need for organisations to not disadvantage their own employees should they have disabilities requiring a higher level of accessibility. Our web development team are therefore familiar with the design and development techniques needed in order to comply with these guidelines and use industry standard tools to test for compliance. Zellis use NVDA and ChromeVox to test screen reader functionality in line with WCAG 2.1 AA during development for MyView.
