I have been involved with primary education in Cambridgeshire since the early 1990’s as a class teacher, school leader and most recently as a maths adviser. I am trained to deliver all 3 of the 1^stClass@Number interventions.

The great thing about being an Every Child Counts trainer is seeing and hearing about the positive impact the 1^stClass@Number interventions have on pupils attainment and attitude towards mathematics. This alongside the growth in confidence and deepening of subject knowledge demonstrated by the teaching assistants who complete the training ensures that I approach each new training course with enthusiasm.
